Support development of custom flip chip substrates by co-designing with the Silicon, Signal Integrity, and IP development groups to meet the performance requirements for applications in the Storage marketplace. This also involves interaction with the substrate suppliers for manufacturability, reliability, and cost trade offs. The substrate design uses Allegro Cadence tool.
Good communication skill is required to communicate with internal and external customers.
