Package Engineer -- Design CMOS Image Sensor Package
OmniVision, a leading independent supplier of advanced CMOS image sensor technology, has developed a family of low cost, single chip analog and digital color video cameras for PC video conferencing, home video capture, surveillance systems, machine vision and toy applications. We are seeking assertive, motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, and who are willing to put forth the hard work and effort to make the company a success.
We are seeking a Package Engineer for the New Product Introduction Department.
As a Package Engineer, you will design CMOS Image Sensor Package and create module/system; develop package/module technology to meet product requirement; survey and study new package/module technology and provide to Engineering Group; package/module cost study and drive costs down.
Qualifications:
BSEE
MSEE preferred
Experience in a semi-conductor company/similar environment
EOE/M/F/D/V
