Position #1: Performance Assessment Engineer - AEGIS Open Architecture (AOA) Development Team

Work location is at Washington, DC ( close to Navy Yard)

Peformance Assessment Engineer: (FC Fleet Experience Valued)
? Mid level engineer/analyst.
Work and training experience with Aegis Weapons Systems.
? Modeling and Simulator experience.
? Familiarity with Navy Test and Evaluation (T&E) process, procedures, and documentation.
? Experience with Combat Systems Surface Qualification Testing (CSSQT)
? Strong interpersonal skills, interfacing with high-level Naval Officers and civilian government employees.
? Preparing technical briefing packages and presentations.
? Experience in DOD Acquisition and System Engineering processes.
? Excellent communication skills, both orally and in the written word.
? Transposing engineering thoughts and ideas into technical documentation and reports.
? Active Secret clearance.




Position #2: Open Architecture Systems Engineer Support - AEGISOpen Architecture (AOA) Development Team

Open Architecture Systems Engineer Support: (Engineering/College Experience Valued)
? Mid level engineer/analyst.
? Work and training experience with Aegis Weapons Systems.
? Familiarity with Navy Open Architecture program to include concepts and standards.
? Be able to track system configuration changes and build and manipulate databases for various results.
? Strong interpersonal skills, interfacing with high-level Naval Officers and civilian government employees.
? Preparing technical briefing packages and presentations.
? Experience in DOD Acquisition and System Engineering processes.
? Reviewing and analyzing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and technical/operations systems manuals.
? Excellent communication skills, both orally and in the written word.
? Active Secret clearance.
