We currently have openings in all areas of Houston for contractors in all disciplines of Engineering & Design for candidates with Jr to Sr level experience.

 

Software Developer for Engineering applications with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and computer modeling using OrcaFlex/Flexcom/Anasys (must have).  This is a direct hire position.

 

 

Engineers:

 

Metallurgical Engineer with experience evaluating materials for corrosive service in the Refining, Petro-Chemical or related industries.  Prepare specifications in the area of metallurgy and corrosion and assist in review and verification of bid and requisition packages, vendor data submittals, piping specifications, Mechanical data sheets and welding procedures.

 

Chemical or Process Engineers with 5-15 years expereince and exposure in acid gas processes, gas to liquids; coal to liquids; coal bed methane: production and processing; oil/tar sands or bitumen upgrading; methanization or synthetic Natural Gas SNG; ethanol production etc.

 

Pressure Vessel Engineer must have 15+ years experience with knowledge about ASME Section VII Div 1 Pressure Vessel Code.  Long term contract SW Houston.

 

Heat Transfer Engineer must have 15+ years of heat transfer design and thermal design of heat exchangers.

 

General Equipment/Lead Mechanical Engineer must have 10+ years experience  in general mechanical equipment such as pumps, vessels, exchangers, filters, packaged equipment etc.

 

Other positions exist for Civil/Structural Engineers, Pipe Stress, and Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers.  All are long term contract assignments in the Petrochemical Industry. 

 

DESIGNER POSITIONS:

 

PDS Piping Designers needed for long term contract position in a SW Houston Engineering Company.  Plenty of work with time & a half for overtime.  Working 50-60 hour weeks.  Must have Petrochemical, refinery or gas plant experience.  Salary up to $60.00/HR.

 

Piping Designers with Flexcad, Rebis & Cadworx also needed for long term contract positions with heavy overtime, for several locations in the Houston area.  Working 50 hours plus.

 

AutoCad Piping Designers, Sr Level for contract position in Houston and Baytown.  Must have 15 years experience with AutoCad.  Preference will be given to those candidates that have AutoPlant and Bentley experience.

 

Structural Drafter/Designer, Must have 5-10 years experience.  Assist lead Engineer in design drawings of steel pipe racks, pipe bridges, platforms, ladders, stairs building framing, crane rails, pie supports cable tray supports, etc.  Work with MS Office, & Autocad.

 

Instrumentation Designers with Autocad  or In-Tools experience for long term contract positions in Houston and Texas City.

 

Civil/Structural Designers with Autocad for three month contract position and then direct.

 

Primavera Scheduler proficient in PS (3.1).  Needs hands on field/corporate experience.  Familiar with MS Project;MS Excel and Access;MS Publisher  & Powerpoint a plus; Primavera Enterprise and E/C a plus
