Pharmaceutical Engineering Manager

Foxx & Associates, Inc., provides commissioning and qualification services to the pharma industry.  Our Project Management Division, PDX Company, has provided Program Management for over 20 years, having coordinated over 100 initiatives ranging from plant expansions, IT projects, research and development programs and new product market introductions.

 

d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Engineering Manager for our Indianapolis area.

 

 

Responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for managing the technical team in providing support for FDA Compliance, equipment Maintenance and System Qualifications.

 

 

Preferred Work Experiences include:

? Prior Process Engineering experience

? Pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience will receive preference

? Experience commissioning and qualifying new equipment and/or facilities

? Experience maintaining FDA reporting requirements

? Knowledge of equipment reliability, especially with predictive and preventative maintenance

? General knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and procedures.

? Proficiency in business systems software tools.

 

 

Required Education

? At least a Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Food Process Engineering or related field with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 is required. 

? Excellent problem resolution, process improvement, computer skills (MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) and communication skills are required. 

? Also, candidate must excel in working closely with clients and leading a diverse workforce. 

? At least five years of prior supervisory experience is required with ability to motivate and lead a team of Engineers being an essential part of supervisory experience.
