General Description: The incumbent will be responsible for designing and developing package systems to meet the product requirements for new product development; and supporting team activities with the appropriate documentation, components, and technical information to ensure the product/package combination is adequate to contain and deliver the anticipated shelf life requirements as defined in the product profile.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree within an appropriate scientific/technical discipline and five or more years relevant experience. Experience factors typically are related to prior scientific/technical achievements, background in supervision of a scientific/technical function, and accomplishments in positions of leadership. Typically an advanced degree within an appropriate scientific/technical discipline with three or more years of experience since obtaining the last degree is required. Required skills include ability to work independently; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and a comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and compendial requirements.
