Photolithography Process Engineer

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities

Individual will be responsible for sustaining existing photo processes already in manufacturing as well as developing new processes to support both of the company's product lines; thin film tape heads and MEMS products.

Job Requirements:  

o  2+ years hands-on experience in photolithography in semiconductor or thin film head manufacturing

o B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Eng, Materials or other technical discipline

oExcellent practical knowledge of photolithography processes,  equipment and general theory

oWorking knowledge of metrology techniques

o  Experience with SVG tracks, Ultratech and/or ASML steppers a plus

o  Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office

o Thorough understanding of statistical process control (SPC), DOE and other statistical methods

o Team player - work within group to collaborate on problem solving approaches and new process  development

o  Strong verbal and written skills

o  Pro active attitude to propose technology  solutions
