An immediate opening exist for an experienced Piping Designer that is skilled in the use of AutoCAD to generate plant layout and equipment arrangement drawings with the associated piping systems for a well known food process and confectionary company based in Warren County, NJ.

 

We are seeking a Piping Designer that is knowledgeable and experienced in the layout of aseptic process systems using stainless steel (SS) pipe and (SS) food process machinery.  You may also be requested to assist in recording / updating as-built conditions as projects require.

 

This is a plant based contract assignment that will require the following skills and/or qualifications;

 Must be skilled in the use of AutoCAD (Rel 2002+) to generate Piping and Equipment arrangement drawings using Paper Space, Model Space and X Ref?s.  Must be able to demonstrate CAD skills at an interview or be able to provide a Cad generated portfolio of Piping, Equipment Arrangement and Plant Layout drawings.Must be able to climb ladders to access catwalks and pipe racks so as to record as-built conditions.Must have reliable transportation with the ability to commute to office location in Northern New Jersey.Applicants who are legally authorized to work in U.S. will only consider.

 

This is a 40 Hr/Week contract position that offers an excellent hourly rate of pay and offers an immediate start date for the selected applicant.
