This position will provide the right individual an opportunity to use their technical and service expertise to meet and exceed our customer?s needs in the corrugated packaging business.





The ideal candidate must have the following ability/experience:



o Implements effective PM plans using the Company?s software to increase machinery uptime

o Must be able to manage a team-oriented department of skilled and semi-skilled personnel

o Must be able to sustain a 5S workshop

o Candidate must be extremely organized to effectively manage and administer projects and display a reduction in down time based upon such projects

o Candidate will aid in the assessment and cost justification of capital expenditures and budget forecasts

o Candidate must be self-motivated to lead/co-lead internal improvement projects

o Develop and maintain contracts including but not limited to; OEM scheduled machinery audits, facility PMs

o Candidate will be responsible for all environmental permitting and other related items (includes, local, state and federal)

o Conduct routine safety inspections

o Begin formal safety training program for the maintenance department with a strong focus on Lock Out Tag Out

o Follow Company?s disciplinary guidelines

o Manage direct reports

o Ensure maintenance shop sustains a 5S workplace

o Help begin and maintain parts inventory through MP2 system

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years experience with start-up and/or implementation of MP2 (Data stream) or similar Preventative Maintenance software package We are proud to offer a great benefit package after 90 days including vacation package, health and dental insurance, 401K, Life Insurance, STD and LTD, and Gain Share.
