Plant Mechanic/Engineer

Work for the worldwide leader of staffing! Seeking a plant mechanic/engineer. Requirements include an A.A.S. in a mechanical field or appropriate work experience. Experience may replace degree if candidate has the appropriate background in required trades; high school graduate mandatory.

Must be proficient in Programmable Controllers (PLC), pneumatics, electrical drawings, construction trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical wiring, ability to work as a Production Operator as needed. HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include: maintaining current filling and packaging line, ability to learn and then train others in the areas of safety(EPA & DOT), solid recordkeeping ability and interaction with corporate legal dept., strong leadership in the area of continuous quality improvement, upgrade processes with facility as needed and with budgetary constraints, assist in the formulation of a pharmaceutical product, participate in production, inventory and formulation scheduling, working on production line as needed, leadership and people skills.

Working five days a week 40-45 hrs a week. Ability to lift 50-60 pound cartons. Minimal travel, possibly 1-2 days per month.
