Plastic Engineer

They have an immediate need for a Plastic Engineer.  Responsibilities will include the design and implementation of experiments - short shot, balance analysis, variable material, etc. to establish process windows.  You will also conduct capability studies, implement SPC, research and introduce new materials.  Your key responsibility is to improve processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

 

Requirements for this position are a four-year degree and five years of hands-on process implementation and improvement experience.  Training in RJG or similar methodology is preferred.
