Our ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

? Chemical properties of plastics; resins, blowing agents, colorants and other additives.

? Material control which includes mixing operations, sample material runs, inventory accuracy, storage, and flow.

? Knowledge of procurement strategies, MRP systems, JIT, and Lean Manufacturing are highly desirable.

Candidates must have 5-7 years experience in a plastic manufacturing environment. A bachelor?s degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Materials Management is preferred. We offer and excellent opportunity as well as good pay and benefits. We are drug free and an EOE.
