Power Supply Design Engineer

POWER SUPPLY DESIGN ENGINEER

 

The Power Supply Design Engineer will be responsible for writing specifications, drawing schematics, designing circuits, testing and debugging circuits, evaluating circuits, resolving emissions/safety issues and documentation of those issues.  The qualified candidate will work with product design engineers, CAD engineers, power supply vendors and the manufacturing team for the complete product development cycle.

 

Required Experience:5+ years of industry experienceWorking knowledge of the design and evaluation of power supplies related to high volume settop or low volume cable delivery equipmentGood team player with the ability to met deadlines in a fast paced product development environmentBachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering

 

Preferred Experience:9+ years of industry experiencePower Supply Design EngineerMentor Schematic and PCB toolsExperience debugging FCC/CE emissions/safety issuesMaster?s degree in Electrical Engineering

 

Travel:5-10% (International)
