Powertrain Engineer (Systems Integrator/Packaging)

ISG Resources has a client who is a systems integrator that has current needs for three Powertrain Engineers (Systems Integrator).  The positions could be potentially direct hire or contract-to-hire.

 

Salary range is 60k-80k, client will provide a relocation package for the right candidate.

 

Powertrain Engineer:

3 plus years experience.

This is not a specialized position, our client is looking for well rounded individuals who experience in some or all of the following areas:

 

Take existing components and integrate into our Clients Chassis System (integrated packaging).
Engines: (GM, International, Cummins Diesel and Catepillar
Transmissions
cooling systems
air intake
Exhaust systems
Fuel systems

 

 

Job responsibility will be to meet with suppliers with regard to above listed components perform analysis with regard to cooling systems, heat rejection, air intake, all around performance issues and evaluate how all components will apply to our clients chassis system (packaging fit).

Candidates will have an active role in the prototype and validation stages.
