Pr / Sr Pr Analog Dessign Engineer

This position may be located in Colorado Springs, CO; Aliso Viejo, CA; or Grass Valley, CA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:? Under the direction of the Mixed-Signal Products Director, or designee, this position will:

??? -? Design full-custom analog/mixed-signal ASIC's for sensor and other applications.

??? -? Will develop block diagram of entire microcircuit from customer requirements, divide into?cells

????? ?(including digital netlist), and act as technical leader (as well as principal designer) for full-custom

?? ????ASIC's.

??? -Skills:? Switched capacitor/modulator design for over-sampled converters.

?????????? o??Schematic capture and SPICE simulation using Mentor, HSPICE and other tools.

?????????? o? Digital Filter design using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Switched cap noise models using MATLAB.

?????????? o? Full-chip simulation in mixed-mode simulator.

??? -? Will represent Aeroflex to customers and vendors and must adhere to Aeroflex standards of business

????? ?conduct and ethics while complying with customary etiquette.

REQUIREMENTS: BSEE, MSEE/PhD preferred, and eight (8) to twelve (12) years of related analog design experience, including analog-to-digital data converters, over-sampled converters and pipeline architectures. Must also have experience reducing customer specifications to design requirements document and making technical presentations to customers.? Some domestic and occasional international travel required.? Position requires US citizenship or Green Card.
