Experience / Skills Required:

 

? 5+ years in technical applications support (test engineering preferred)

? Involves direct customer contact.  Professionalism required

? Excellent communication skills required, multi-lingual a plus

? Ability to quickly learn new products

? Self-starter and team player with outgoing personality

? Product marketing experience preferred

? General knowledge of electronics required, board test a plus

? EE or equivalent technical degree



Key Responsibilities:Tier 2 / 3 customer and applications supportBecome product expert supporting field personnel, customers, and R&DManage product marketing projectsDevelop detailed technical content for manuals, help files, and websiteWork with R&D on new product developmentManage trade shows
