 Responsibilities:The qualified applicant will contibute to the development of Software Defined Radio (SDR) while leading mixed software team of DSP and embedded software engineers.
 Qualifications :To be considered for this exciting and challenging role you must have:

?Minimum BSEE degree (MSEE Preferred) and 8 years of design experience including at least 3 years of team leadership.
?Experience with radio/wireless software
?DSP coding using C and assembly language for algorithm development for audio processing, gain control, and modulation/demodulation (FSK, ASK, PSK, ?) techniques is required.
?DSP firmware design and development for real time, embedded processing applications
?C++, C and Assembly languages
?Object-Oriented, software Design/Development using CAE tools (preferably UML)
?Real-Time Operating Systems (preferably VxWorks) for real time, embedded processing applications.
?Hands on debugging with PC-based development tools.
?U.S. Citizenship. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

?Experience coding TI DSPs with CodeComposer is a plus
?DSP coding and algorithm development experience in baseband (audio) filtering and processing, digital data processing, error codes, and digital modulation/demodulation techniques for wireless communication products
?Modem design experience a plus
?Familiarity with ECCM and frequency hopping algorithms, also a plus
?Basic knowledge of RF fundamentals as they apply to VHF/UHF radios.
?Experience with TI DSPs and ARM processors is desired.
