Candidate will be GD-NS NDIS Agency SIRRT team member Subject Matter Expert in Network Engineering and Management Candidate will also be responsible for NDIS Customer project support and/or management. All SIRRT team members will be responsible for team building, (self and team training). Perform in-service team training and project knowledge transfer.

Requires Bachelor's degree.

Requires minimum 7 years experience (4 years experience with a Master's degree, 2 years experience with a PhD or 10 years equivalent experience and HS ).

Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently, make appropriate timely decisions, and implement redirects without undue stress. Must have experience with VOIP, Nework Security and Network Design
CCNP, CCDP, or equvilent

Must have experience with 3 of the following:
Unix and/or Linux
Windows 2000 server and Windows XP
Network Routers and Switches
Network Security Appliances and Software
Network Management Software, (OpenView, CiscoWorks, Tivoli, NetCool...)
Server Consolidation
Blade Server
Storage Area Network
VMWare, (MS Virtual Machine...)
VOIP
