Job Description:

Under general direction, responsible for performing highly complex project controls activities and/or supervising the overall project controls effort for a project or assignment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-develops, implements and directs the total project controls program on projects
-implements the work breakdown and project coding structures to ensure that data are converted correctly from the original estimate to the project control system
-analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance & proposed mitigation plans to project management
-contributes to the proposal efforts for cost/scheduling activities
-reviews project profit recognition. Provides evaluation of opportunities with management
-maintains working knowledge of the functionality of automated cost management systems
-serves as control team leader on medium-sized projects, if necessary
-provides meaningful, accurate historical data


 

Job Requirements: 

Must be mobile, willing to travel and/or accept assignments in other domestic areas or internationally. Relocation is not required in all instances, some short term assignments could be business expenses, some might pay perdiem and some could require relocation - depending on the project

Degree Required: Degree preferred but will accept someone with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
