Sr. Civil Engineer/ Partner
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Level Civil Engineer looking to step into a partnership role. This small Southern Maine consulting firm is seeking applicants with 10 plus years of experience to oversee project implementation.
Requirements: PE, experience with large site development projects, solid waste facilities, commercial subdivisions, Federal NPDES storm water permit requirements and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities: project management, personnel oversight, and client relations for projects involving civil design, permitting, bid administration and construction.
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members
Salary/Bonus: salary will be determined on an individual bases. Bonus is based on performance and company sales.
