Houston, TX; Chief Process engineer- will be technically responsible for all assigned LNG related projects and studies. BS or MS in Chemical Engineering with 15+ years of experience with hands-on capabilities and broad background in LNG processes from conceptual studies to detailed engineering for base load plant and LNG terminals. Should have experience in gas processing, cryogenic systems, Liquefaction, BOG compression, Storage and re-gasification and utilities system. Familiarity with large gas- turbine systems is a plus. Process Simulation modeling skills using HYSYS, PRO II or Aspen plus is required. Process design skills including equipment sizing and specification, heat and material balances, pinch analysis, PFD and P&ID development, relief load calculations, and instrument specifications are required.
Houston, TX; Process Engineer- Min. of 7 years of relevant exp. in the petroleum refinery operations and/or process design, plus 3 yrs. experience in Operations/Refinery Planning or equivalent with economics & planning background. LNG Experience preferred. Experience using 1 or more of the following planning and/or LP modeling tools is required. Aspen Tech, PIMS, Haverly Systems GRTMPS, Haverly Systems, H/CAMS, Honeywell RPMS, Process Simulation modeling skills using HYSYS or PRO II is a plus
Houston, TX; Process Engineers - Experienced in the engineering and design of upstream oil & gas Facilities. Individual should be capable of running HYSYS, and able to develop PFD?s and P&ID?s; familiar with API RP 14C; experience with separation, dehydration, gas equipment sizing and line sizing.
Freeport, TX; Process Engineer - with a working knowledge of fluid flow and heat transfer systems; perform heat exchange ratings, hydraulic calculations, & instrument data sheets; perform specifications of pumps, heat exchangers, instruments & minor equipment (ie. steam traps, strainers, small drums). Technical problem solving skills and the ability to adhere to work processes is required.
Baton Rouge, LA; Process Engineer - to be responsible for scope development PFD and P&ID development, heat and material balances, process equipment selection and specification, relief systems design, design documentation, operator training, facility commissioning and start-up among other tasks.
Overland Park, KS; Sr. Process Engineer - with twelve to twenty years experience in the front end engineering and design of integrated gasification combined-cycle (IGCC) plants. Syngas produced from coal, petroleum coke or heavy liquids can be used to produce hydrogen, steam, transportation fuels and chemicals, or as a direct replacement for natural gas to produce power. The reliability, capital costs and environmental results of modern gasification technologies have been extensively documented and the technology is considered by the major vendors Shell, ConocoPhillips and GE to be fully-commercial. All that has been missing is for natural gas prices to go above $5.00/MMBTU.
Bellingham, WA.; Sr. Process Engineer - with twenty plus years experience in process/design engineering. Must be able to lead other process engineers in the performance of design work associated with project implementation. Refinery engineering, especially in hydro-processing, heavy oil and sulfur plant engineering experience is strongly preferred. Incumbent will analyze technical aspects of assigned projects and recommend design changes, define scope of project in accordance with client requirements, and develop process budgets, schedules and staff plans for individual projects. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving engineering data sheets, specification and design drawings from other disciplines to assure compliance with process specifications. Must be able to relate to clients as well as internal project team members and be able to mentor less experienced engineers. Must have ability to formulate novel or advanced process engineering concepts and approaches to resolve unusual and complex problems.
Bellingham, WA.; Process Engineer -With fifteen plus years related experience to direct, coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Refinery engineering and hydro processing, heavy oil and sulfur plant engineering experience is strongly preferred. Significant reformer unit engineering is required.
Bellingham, WA.; Jr. Process Engineer - with two to six years work experience in process design engineering. Refinery engineering and hydro processing, heavy oil and sulfur plant engineering experience is strongly preferred.
Anchorage, AK; Process Engineers - with ten to twenty years experience in the engineering and design of Upstream Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical facilities.
