The Process/Chemical Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and developing improvements in manufacturing operations using scientific knowledge and skill in support of achieving organizational objectives.  Key emphasis is placed in biological science.  Responsible for initiating and introduction of new products and technology, small scale testing for development, improvement, trouble shooting and compliance including validation, qualification, change controls etc., and reporting and maintaining technical information.

 

Qualified candidates will have earned a BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.  Experience related to biotechnology operations or pharmaceutical operations is a plus.  Outstanding people skills and a self-drive are required, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with other functional groups is a must.
