Process Engineer (Diffusion--200mm)

Education Requirements:


 


·BS in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.


 


Experience Requirements:


 

Minimum of 2 years in semiconductor industry.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving ability.


Preferred Requirements:


Diffusion Process experience.


Job Responsibilities:


 

Support area of responsibility by appropriately dispositioning products, exhibit effective decision making skills on the recovery of products and professionally interact with other areas on related problem lots.
Effectively communicate and interact with all related personnel including - manufacturing, equipment and vendor
Provide accurate, complete documentation of all sustaining issues. 
Support high volume manufacturing requirements by optimizing recipes, qualifying new tools and processes, and assuring that the required tool group capacity is in place
Conduct well designed experiments to optimize device performance and yield of new generation products in cooperation with Technology Transfer group
Implement SPC and SMC for process/tool control

Education: Bachelors (or equivalent work experience)
