The Process Engineer will be responsible for enhancing productivity through quality and efficiency improvements, material substitutions, changeover reductions, waste reductions, and other related processing functions within a high speed world class medical device manufacturing operation. The right candidate will have full knowledge of quality systems including Six Sigma, SPC, sampling plans, validations, IQ/OQ/PQ plans and documentation, FMEA, process mapping, C&E diagrams, inspection, testing, and calibrations of equipment and processes. This is an automated high speed manufacturing environment requiring knowledge of high speed processes, including safety procedures.

 QUALIFICATIONS

? Minimum BS from a four year university. Advanced degrees are a plus.

? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical products manufacturing

  environment.

? Strong written and oral communication skills.

? SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen skills are a big plus.

? Preference for a history in the medical products industry with compliance to GMPs, FDA, SPIs, SOPs, ISO, and internal quality systems.

? Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
