What would you be doing?

You would be responsible for providing the technical support for controlling all process variables related to thermoforming and extrusion. Your primary duties would include:Serving as the troubleshooting expert for process problems on thermoforming lines Establishing and maintaining standard line conditions for thermoformers
Identifying improvement areas for design, machines, and training as well as recommending additional personnel
Implementing projects for automation, product line speed increases, improved quality and reduced scrap

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

Thermoforming plastics experience is required, as is previous manufacturing experience. Extrusion experience in the food plastics industry is preferred. A working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and Siemens PLC is a plus. A related degree is essential.
