Doherty Career Solutions has partnered with an innovative healthcare products manufacturer to search for a Process Engineer to work at their St. Louis Park facility.  This is a high profile opportunity; the Process Engineer will work directly with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and R&D.  The Process Engineer will have overall responsibility for analyzing key performance metrics, production uptime, schedule adherence, capacity, and quality performance.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of medical nutrition product production.Must be able to improve manufacturing processes (safety, quality, productivity, cost) and increase employee skills.Must be able to assist upper management in continuous improvements of production control, SOPs, safety, and quality control.Monitor GMPs and production levels.

 

Education and Experience Required:Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Business, Process Control, Quality Control, Industrial Technology or related field. 5 -7 years food manufacturing experience.Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with systems and continuous improvement orientation.
