Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Ability to statistically manipulate data
* Problem solving
* Support experiment design
* Monitor and conduct designed experiments
* Experiment support and communication of run plans
* Experimental data acquisition and data integrity assurance
* Data base initiation and management
* Limited travel

Projects involved with:
* New product and process development
* Cost reductionREQUIREMENTS

Required Skills
1. Interpersonal skills associated with effective team processes
2. Process engineering technician experience
3. Design of experiment participation
4. Statistical and PC tools for experiment analysis
5. Ability to support experiments by material/equipment acquisition, communication of run plans, & data integrity assurance
6. Ability to monitor and conduct designed experiments

Desired Skills :
1. BS degree in science or engineering
2. CET experience
3. Ability to work with minimum supervision
4. Plant experience
5. Equipment start up and debug experience
6. Mechanical background

Soft Skills:
Ability to interact and work cooperatively with others

Education
AS degree in a science field

Experience
Minimum 3-5 years
