Process Excellence Lead - Crop

JOB DESCRIPTION: Leading chemical company desiring to hire a proven Continuous Improvement specialist for their Crop division. Responsibilities are as follows;
Coordinate efforts to define, develop and implement world class Lean / Sigma processes.
Ensure deployment of said Process Excellence tools.
Lead successful execution of improvement projects.
Mentor / train others in Lean / Sigma methodologies.
Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
Participate in monthly functional performance reviews.
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Business, Engineering or related degree.
MBA a plus.
10 + years experience in sales, marketing, management or other commercial ? transactional functions.
Certified in Lean and Six Sigma.
Experience in application and leadership in project management; process and systems improvement.
Ability to affect change in a matrix organization and drive consensus, within senior, regional and functional management teams.
