CWork Solutions, a leading provider in the telecommunications field, in York PA, is seeking an ambitious, motivated individual with hands-on experience with RF test equipment. Responsibilities include; developing test processes & procedures for board level repair, development of test systems with control tools and documented processes for RF testing, programming and board repair areas.  Knowledge of quality assurance systems, component engineering, test and process control in a high volume repair and production environment is essential.

 

Successful candidates must possess a BSEE, with four or more years of experience in all facets of RF testing and test system design and fabrication, working knowledge of board level repair, possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task, telecommunications technologies and process improvement. Attention to detail, ability to process information, perform data analysis, demonstrate strong documentation skills, an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills further define the ideal candidate.
