Product Design Engineer

The position currently available is for a Product Design Engineer that would be based in an advanced Research and Development Tech Center.  Responsibilities include designing and developing new automotive components, bringing product from conception through to manufacturing, working with Design for manufacturability, working closely with customers / applications engineers to develop products according to specifications, being a creative resource to develop conceptional designs, working with developing the processes and tooling, and leading major long term projects.

 

Requirements include extensive experience with Pro-E design package, experience developing mechanical products for the automotive industry, experience leading major product launch projects, good organizational skills, and a Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
