We are seeking a FULL-TIME Production Engineer in the Mechanical Support and Test area of the Manufacturing Assembly Sector.?? The mission of this position is to realize World Class support of Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and short time-to-market by the continuous improvement of new and existing products and processes.

?

Brief Job Description:

Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.

?

Introduce new products into production in an existing ?Concurrent Engineering? environment.

?

Create and design production tooling.

?

Generate technical work instructions.

?

Support in-production issues by assisting Production Assembly and Test Technicians with concise troubleshooting of the system and sub systems.

?

Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions.

?

Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.

?

Assist in the development and realization of designs and re-designs as part of an on-going cost reduction effort utilizing sound engineering principles and cost analysis.

?

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering


Experience Requirements:

Min 5 years experience in an Engineering environment.

?

Production experience is preferred.

?

Working knowledge of Unigraphics a plus.

?

Experience in quality systems and Industrial Engineering methods.

?

50-50% Clean

?
