Job Description:
Seeking candidates with experience in seating including fields of: complete seat design / package, structures, mechanisms, recliners, latches, tracks, foam, plastics, headrests, lumbar systems, comfort, and trim cover development. Candidates must also have understanding of manufacturing processes. Candidate should have ability to apply fundamental GD&T, be a proficient problem solver with pro-active approach to balance conflicting requirements, be a solution provider with plant launch experience, have the ability to meet project deliverables, and work with a team approach of achieving goals and deliverables. Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of engineering disciplines (DFMEA / DVP / etc.).

Required Skills:
' Minimum of 2 years seat related experience required.
' Experience in Ford systems (WERS, eFDVS, GPIRS, etc) highly desired.
' Looking for highly motivated, cable individuals with a proven track record.
' Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline
