Product Engineer - Electro Magnets

Fast paced, industrial services organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfill the role of Magnet Design Engineer at its Ohio facility. In this role, the individual will be responsible for electro lift magnet design, sales and manufacturing support. Responsibilities will include mechanical and electrical design of lifting magnets used in the steel and scrap industry for bar stock, coil stock, slabs, structural shapes and scrap steel, magnet systems, spreader beams, manufacturing process and material. Person must be a good communicator and interface with manufacture ring and sales personnel. BS degrees in electrical or mechanical field required or equivalent experience a must. Position requires results oriented, hands on mentality with a CAN-DO ATTITUDE. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience. CAD knowledge and abilities required. Relocation assistance is available.
