Product Engineering Manager

Aviza Technology is growing and we are looking to hire an experienced Product Engineering Design Manager to join our team.  This position will be responsible for the management direction of all phases of a product from market definition through production and release.  Functions as the central resource with marketing design, manufacturing, quality, and test as the product(s) move to completion and distribution. 

 

 The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with general and industry specific safety regulations (CE, S2, S8, etc).  Manage a group of mechanical engineers and designers.  Manage multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, Materials, Customer Support).  Provide critical design direction to project teams.  Position will require individual contribution in addition to management.

 

Looking for an experienced leader with experience dealing with safety compliance of semiconductor capital equipment.  Pro-E or other 3D modeling experience a plus.  Semiconductor furnace or CVD equipment experience a plus.
