Position Summary ? Product Lead for Internal Programs

Ensure effective, efficient and transparent project in terms of interfaces, processes and people, in order to assure effective execution of project. Initiate and ensure effective decision making. Determine and maintain accepted and resource budgets. Manage cost of Production Plan.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Leader will be required to ensure the realization of whatever project assigned through the acceptance of the Element Performance Specifications/ Element Design Specifications (EPS/EDS) and program plan. Manage the execution of the Project Plan, by all applicable departments and projects. Organize the realization of the EPS/EDS until the handover to volume production. Assign tasks, set priorities, solve problems. Define actions, milestones, resources, budgets and resources from all departments involved. Interface with the customer(s) for specific requirements and plan accordingly for product through Engineering and Manufacturing.

 

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor or Master of Science Degree.
