Product Marketing Manager - Storage/Cluster

Job Description: Responsible for global go-to-market execution for Red Hat Global File System and Red Hat Cluster Suite

Establishing and owning the product business plan, including revenue and expense targets

Supporting Red Hat sales efforts, both direct and indirect, by providing sales tools and marketing collateral, and actively engaging with customers as needed

Establishing and maintaining key ecosystem partners for those solutionscreating and driving the global channel strategy for those solutions, in light of Red Hat's overall channel strategy

Representing Red Hat as a spokesperson for Red Hat GFS & Cluster Suite at industry and partner events

Establishing consistent messaging related to Red Hat's storage strategy

Teaming with the engineering and product management organization to drive future product strategy/developments

Job Requirements:


Experience marketing storage technologies

Undergraduate technical degree + MBA preferred.

12+ years experience in high tech industry, with some combination of sales, product marketing, and/or business development background.

Credibility to present and interact credibly with senior level members of key customer and partners, including senior engineers, product management, technology decision makers, CIO's, etc.

Flexibility to operate in a rapidly changing and challenging environment
