Job Description

* Represent and champion customer support needs in the development of new products and interim product releases
* Work closely with cross-functional organizations (i.e.: R&D, manufacturing and marketing, etc.) influencing design and manufacture for supportability
* Work with Field Service to ensure successful product introductions and best in class service delivery
* Analyze product reliability and drive continuous improvement of products, service and support strategies.
* Provide technical Support to field service personnel and end user/customers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging products, systems or software when issues cannot be resolved locally.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific or related business discipline; or equivalent education and experience. Biomedical engineering degree preferred.
* Broad technical knowledge of products and clinical applications for products they support.
* Product support experience in the medical marketplace
* Proficiency with computers and office tools
* Results oriented
