This multi-discipline engineer provides customers with product and technical support for commercial aircraft products; selects engineering techniques to solve problems and make design changes; performs liaison engineering duties with operations on build to print issues; and represents engineering at MRB reviews. Candidate should be knowledgeable of commercial aircraft drawing systems and performing research. Minimum requirements include five years experience with aircraft structural or interior design; proficiency utilizing CAD systems and PDM; and the ability to interface with manufacturing personnel in a shop environment. A bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field is desired. Previous experience with MRB procedures and liaison is desirable.

Flight Structures

Our Flight Structures segment is a fully integrated manufacturer of commercial aircraft interior equipment with complete in-house capabilities to design, project manage, integrate, install, test, and certify reconfigurations and airframe conversions. Also, engineering R&D necessary to improve aesthetics and crew comfort, and reduce the weight associated with crew rest compartments, galleys, and lavatories.
