Responsibilities:

 

Primary responsibility is to support various Azores PanelPrinters to specific customer manufacturing processes.  This requires traveling to customer site to install PanelPrinter system and calibrate system into performance and implement new features or troubleshoot related issues with the PanelPrinter.  You will also train customers on the use of the PanelPrinter and its functions.

 

Position Requirements:

 

?  Assist with assembly, installation, training and on-site customer support

?  Knowledge of principles and techniques of mechanical engineering to accomplish goals.  Six to nine months of internal training will be provided. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings  Must be familiar with assembly and diagnostic tools such as oscilloscope, collimator, micrometer, caliper and microscopes.

?  Working with bills of material for completed assemblies

?  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

?  Willing to travel with possibility of extended stays at customer locations in Asia.

?  Some CAD experience is preferred

?  Knowledge of machine tools such as Lathes and Milling machine preferred.

?  Fluency in Japanese, Chinese or Korean a plus, but not required.  Bachelor or Associates degree preferred, will consider experience versus degree   Can function in a fast paced environment

?  Reports to a manager
