Productin Supervisor

This position provides daily supervision for the assembly lines in the production areas of our large distribution facility. Supervisor is responsible for the efficient flow of the orders, pieces per hour and quality measures. Responsible for staffing, employee relations and employee morale. Individual must have good leadership skills, good communication (both verbal and written), and teamwork. Financial forecasting and budget management. Must have 2-5 years supervision experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Must have four year college degree, Engineering a plus. Computer skills to include, Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes. Looking for highly motivated, self starter individual who would like to join our Supply Chain Team.
