Production Planner

Job Description: Position is primarily responsible for production & inventory planning and control in Houston. The nature of this position requires the ability to interface effectively with all Business Units, and their production management teams using Houston Manufacturing, as well as local production management to optimize performance in achieving our company goals. This person will be a ?Center of Expertise? and will be expected through example and advice to guide and develop other less experienced staff in the planning function.

 

Experience Req:  MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) requiredExperience serving in a structured industry, such as ISO, FDA.APICS certification is a plus (not required).

 

Skills Req: This position also requires a working knowledge of SAP functionality in production planning, cost accounting, sales, bills of materials, routings, warehousing and inventory control.

 

Education Req:Prefer a Degree but most important is work experience, High School Diploma at a minimum
