Production Test Supervisor

Job Description:

 

This position is responsible for overseeing the production test function. This individual is responsible for ensuring that products are tested for quality according to assigned schedules and standards. Must be able to resolve and report equipment problems and hardware/product status. Must be able to assist in the development of cost effective test procedures and purchase of test equipment. This individual also coordinates inventory control, trains new hires in workflow processes and use of equipment as well as assisting in the administration of quality systems within the department as defined by ISO 9000.

 

This person will be supervising the test operators who work on a 3/4 schedule (12-hour shifts). Working 3 12-hour days one week and 4 the following week.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

? College degree or equivalent number of years experience.

? Minimum of 4 years experience in the semiconductor industry.

 

Job Requirements:

 

? Strong technical ability to resolve equipment problems including probers, testers, and handlers.

? Generate and manage schedules, determine critical paths and establish mitigation plans.

? Interpret specifications and derive test requirements as outlined by Test Engineering.

? Provide leadership to growing team of Test Operators.

This is a full-time position with benefits, paid holidays, and company stock options. Working hours are on a 3/4 schedule working 3-12 hour days one week and 4 the following week.
