About the work:

Pursuing a career in land development for significant residential or commercial projects? Then we?re pursuing YOU. Experience in client contact and technical leadership is highly valued. You?re qualified if?

You hold a BSCE from an ABET accredited college or university.

You have 2 ? 10 years experience in residential or commercial land development.

You are a licensed Professional Engineer, or on tract to become licensed.

CIVIL ENGINEERING: Enjoy fast-paced career development through engineering design of major land development projects for commercial, institutional, residential and governmental clients. Seize opportunities for professional growth and mentoring younger engineering staff. Your work will involve leading professional teams through site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, parking, roadways and includes significant jurisdictional research, use of advanced design software, AutoCAD LDT and Civil 3D, plus interaction with clients, permitting agencies and other design professionals.

CIVIL SR. PROJECT ENGINEER ? FT. COLLINS

BSCE, Licensed Engineer with 8+ years experience in large residential and mixed-use site development.

Familiarity with Colorado code and permitting agencies preferred.

Strong Project Management skills and experience in dealing with clients, contractors, agencies and tight schedules.

CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERS II ? DENVER, FT. COLLINS, FRISCO

BSCE with 2 to 4 years' experience in the design of land development projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD LDD/LDT or equivalent software.

Leader / mentor of less experienced engineers and designers.

CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEERS ? FT. COLLINS & DENVER

BSCE, Licensed Engineer with a minimum 5 years experience in site development, utilities, grading, and drainage using AutoCAD and LDT design software.

Proven leadership skills and interest in mentoring young engineering staff.

Heavy client contact and technical leadership in major projects for commercial, institutional, residential and governmental clients.

CIVIL CAD DESIGNERS ? DENVER & FRISCO

Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD LDD and/or Civil 3D.

Experience in set-up of engineering plans for various site development components.

Working knowledge or understanding of engineering design elements.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING: Our structural engineers enjoy a reputation of successful design of a variety of projects using an array of building materials, primarily steel, precast, CIP and post-tensioned concrete. Individuals are typically assigned to projects from start-up to completion of construction, assuring continuity in the experience. You?ll join a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to designing practical solutions for sophisticated clients.

Your days will be filled with complicated design challenges, plenty of interaction with colleagues, clients and other design professionals, and the type of work that leads to going home feeling like you really accomplished something worthwhile.

DESIGN ENGINEERS ? DENVER

Master of Science in Structural Engineering from accredited college or university

New graduate or 2-4 years hands-on component design work.

Responsible for carrying out increasingly complicated task assignments on projects and interacting with other design team members.

PROJECT ENGINEERS ? DENVER & FRISCO

MS/Structures or equivalent, Licensed Engineer with five years+ experience designing commercial projects.

Responsible for carrying out independent project assignments as well as supervision of less experienced engineers.

Must be capable of making independent engineering decisions using mature judgment. Typically experiences frequent contact with clients, other consultants, contractors and agencies.

Your work will vary from day to day, but will always be challenging and may include travel to project assignments throughout the USA.
