Program Manager - Contract Manufacturing

Position Description: As leader of a multi-disciplinary team drawn from functional groups throughout the organization, you will plan and monitor on-going and new product developments. You will consider market requirements and input from key customers. You will consider material and labor availability from within the organization and ensure all necessary resources have been allocated. You will champion the customer from concept through all Production phases.

Essential Functions: Manage resource conflicts, risks, and other delivery hurdles. Provide impact statements and options as well as progress reports to senior management. Contribute to operating plans and product roadmaps. Support and advance Manufacturing process development.

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience in a contract manufacturing environment; a background that includes hands-on manufacturing or materials experience and a minimum of three years experience as a program manager. Qualified candidates will also have demonstrated success in the areas of: Customer interactions Program Management within a matrix organization Cable, Harness and Electro-mechanical Technology Integration Team Building and Goal Setting New Product Introduction Excellent computer skills - above average experience with MS Word and Excel
