Program Manager/Product Manager

Program Manager   Effective management of engineering teams of 15+ engineers on large, complex instrumentation and control or information data processing projects with a project scope of at least $10MM.
Prior experience in project execution including equipment delivery and implementation extremely beneficial.
Prior experience in leading subcontractors and vendors.
Demonstrated capability in developing effective teamwork, communication both horizontally and vertically within the organization, and proficiency in managing priorities effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation skills and broad experience in contract analysis and scope definition, coupled with an ability to tightly manage to that scope and negotiate changes in the contract.
Proven experience in interfacing with multiple levels of customer organizations from worker to senior executive.
PMI certification strongly preferred.
SAP knowledge extremely beneficial.

 

Product Manger

 
Has substantial experience in managing groups of 15 to 20 engineers on complex engineering projects, with project management experience in I&C systems, distributed controls systems, complex electrical systems engineering, or data information processing systems.
Has experience in developing product strategy, assessing product viability in the marketplace, and demonstrated creativity in developing proposals for customers, reflecting product capability and value.
Has excellent understanding of system design process.
Has demonstrated capability in executing CHANGE MANAGEMENT successfully, including implementing process improvements.
Has a background in Nuclear Plant Instrumentation and Control design.
Has some knowledge and experience using Ovation platform and 800XA platforms.
