Program Mgr Sr

Essential Functions and Duties:

? Provide system/business administration support for the various applications supporting Engineering Services. This entails developing, deploying, and maintaining custom MS Access databases; and complex forms, reports, and queries related to Change Control/Doc Control Management. Also, provide back-up technical business administration support to develop, maintain, and sustain PLM ECM workflow functionality, and custom report queries via SQL databases ie.,PLMDat, and SAPDat.

? Candidate must be able to effectively project manage business process improvements/initiatives relating to Change Control Management. This includes developing and managing system solutions to meet business objectives, developing systems and business process strategies, developing business and technical specs, performing system/user acceptance tests, and developing/delivering training material.

? Candidate will work closely with groups from Global Product Group, Global Operations, and CSBG, as related to Change Control and must possess ability to effectively operate cross-functionally at various levels of the organization.

 

Qualifications:

? Requires demonstrated proficiency in the following system/programming applications: SAP, MS Access database design/query; PTC Windchill ; Visual Basic; SQL.

? Ideal candidate will have 8+ years work experience preferably in a Change Control discipline within wafer equipment or other related high tech industry.

? Requires prior work experience dealing with product/BOM structures, configuration management, drafting standards, change control systems, engineering and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Lam?s Change Control process is desired.

? Possess an effective collaborative approach. Demonstrated effectiveness in managing cross functional teams without direct line authority.

? Solid analytical skills supporting the ability to solve complex problems with multi-dimensional, conflicting needs.

? Demonstrated project management experience.

? Excellent written and oral communication skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft applications: Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, Visio.

? 4-year degree required (BA or BS), preferably in an Engineering discipline.
