Program Planner/Schedule Analyst

OPDEC Inc is a new and emerging small business company seeking an experienced Program Planner/Schedule Analyst.Position Description

Perform as scheduler and planner, convert requirements from technical leads to schedules in support of EVM performance contract. Must be able to perform analysis and recommend problem resolution - capable of identifying schedule issues, must be able to take action and communicate in meetings with required functional personnel to negotiate actions necessary for effective resolution - Position requires confident communication skills. Candidate must evaluate impact(s) on schedule related to changes in customer and program requirements; Establish and/or manage the integrated master schedule; provide status to include analysis and reports to management - Implement, work breakdown structure; enforce change management processes consistent with customer requirements, - Interface with multi-discipline teams and the Program Management team to accomplish above tasks. Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Project proficiency required.

 

Requirements

Position requires Planning and Scheduling experience with government contracts on engineering development programs.

Microsoft Project experience
Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
EVM Knowledge desired

Active Secret clearance desired

Must be US citizen
