Job Description:
The Project Controls Manager (PCM) shall report directly to, and shall receive authority from the Project Manager and the Assistant Project Managers. The Project Controls Manager's responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program, HNTB budget and schedule, project communications and documentation. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large size projects. Satisfy client requirements.Manage project schedule, manage document control, IT and IS oversight, manage exchange of data and schedules with third parties including ROW Consultant Team and Section Design Consultants, monitor TXDOT,DBE/HUB program.

Perform compliance audits, process request for change proposals, execute change orders, moniter the project for claim avoidance, and coordinate work efforts and review work performed.




Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 8 years of experience.
