Project Coordinator

Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project schedules and related for Toy product development in support of corporate financial and time-to-market objectives.

Create, update, and maintain project schedules to capture critical path data for new product development using web-based systems. Function as expert in product development and process in order to identify areas of delay, initiative remedial or proactive action, and participate in solutions to meet plan goals.
Publish weekly milestone reports allowing visibility throughout the organization worldwide of US Toy development plans.
Facilitate and schedule status meetings in a cross functional environment. Lead the team in the review of the critical path development schedule.
Assign accurate and timely project numbers and SAP Planning numbers in support of financial tracking, marketing, sales, customer strategy, manufacturing, planning and shipping.
Audit critical data points across respective product lines. Responsible for identifying potential problems and discrepancies and collaborate with team member to determine necessary schedule modifications.
Develop effective working relationships in all related disciplines.

Requirements:

Associates degree in Business or Management required. B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent preferred.
Process and project management experience in product development environment preferred.
3+ years project coordination experience.
Experience in meeting facilitation preferred.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to analyze as well as coordinate data, and ensure accuracy.
