Project Engineer - MA
Purpose
Develop PC-based measurement and automation systems. Includes extensive client contact and moderate travel (mainly in New England area).
Requirements BS in Science or Engineering. EE Preferred.Two years of overall test, measurement, automation, and control engineering experience 2+ years LabVIEW required. TestStand, LabWindows/CVI or C/C++ experience desiredExperience writing requirements, documentation.Strong mathematics background, including signal processing in time and frequency domains a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a variety of industries, such as electronics, communications, life sciences, power/energy, a plus
ResponsibilitiesWrite project specifications and system designs Design, develop, implement and document Test and Measurement applications using LabVIEW and TestStandParticipate in tradeshows, conferences, seminars, and events Write technical papers and give presentations on applications Flexible career path may include senior engineer, project management, sales engineering, or engineering management
